UK:

Delivery is free for all UK orders and your shaker will be sent via tracked 48 hour delivery, arriving within 2-3 working days depending on the time of day the order is placed.

 

USA:

US* orders over $64.99 will qualify for free delivery, whilst orders under this will be subject to a $10 delivery fee. Your shaker will arrive within 3-5 working days.

If your delivery is not appearing as free despite having spent over $64.99, it will be because we have no stock in the US of the item(s) you are trying to purchase. Please select a different shaker to qualify for free shipping.

*Orders to the following US locations will follow the Rest of the World pricing criteria below: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

 

Rest of the World:

International orders over £79.99 / $99.99 will qualify for free delivery, whilst orders under this will be subject to a £16 / $20 delivery fee. Orders will arrive within 5 working days.

Returns

If an item in your order arrives damaged or you think it might be faulty, please email help@formeshaker.com so our Customer Services team can review the issue.

We accept returns of unused and non-personalised products in their original packaging to our warehouse, up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Please note, we are unable to offer free returns, so the cost of returning the order will need to be covered by the customer.

Sustainability

FORME's body is made from 18/8 kitchen grade stainless steel with a powder coated finish on the outside.

The lids and shaker mechanism are made from 100% recycled polypropylene. The base is finished with a silicone ring that will prevent the shaker from slipping on surfaces.

FORME is a BPA-free product.

Our packaging is fully recyclable and designed so it does not need to go in ANOTHER box in order to be delivered to you.

Caring for your FORME

By cleaning all parts regularly your FORME Shaker will stay fresher for longer. Storing with the lids off will allow the shaker to breathe so bad odours are not retained.

We recommend that you wash the stainless steel body of FORME by hand using hot, soapy water and the remaining parts in the dishwasher. Whilst you can put the stainless steel body in the dishwasher, it is not recommended.

Do not leave any organic products such as milk or orange juice overnight as this may cause pressure to build and potentially damage your shaker.

Do not put your FORME in the microwave or freezer.
